Asda introduces 50p charge for Click & Collect orders

Asda appear to have introduced a new charge for their Click & Collect services. Customers appear to be furious over the new charge – not so much about the cost of the service but how it was implemented.

The new charge only came into force this month and was previously a free service for all users.

Asda appear have added this new charge without any explanation and this is where the frustration comes from.

Many customers have vented their disapproval on Twitter and have been tagging Asda customer service team but it appears ASDA are not very forthcoming with their replies.

A quick search regarding the new charge does not show any results as to why the charge was put in place.
